Program Outline:

Day 1

Morning Session

Returning to Centre

The program begins with looking at self-care and the insights of indigenous wisdom around living balanced, integrated and aligned lives.

Mid Morning Session

Locating True North

In the second session, you’ll define your deepest passions and contemplate how your career is helping or impeding your full expression.

(Learning together)

 

Lunch

 

Afternoon Session

Creativity & Flow

This session will involve creative expression. There are journaling exercises to help you put into words your feelings or the ushering of your soul. You’ll also explore sacred geometry and spend some time drawing and colouring to better connect with your body.

Mid Afternoon Session

Tarot / Counselling

The final session will be an intuitive tarot reading to examine what is most pressing in your life, allowing you to connect with your subconscious self and the collective unconscious.

(Learning together)

 

There is an optional waterfall walk for you to do at the end of the day. Exercise and time in nature allows you time to contemplate the days’ learnings.

Dinner (or the option for you to take in one of the local dining facilities)

 

There are a range of optional evening activities for you to enjoy, such as listening to or reading poetry, life stories, or enjoying a thought-provoking film or inspiring documentary.

Start your day with an optional meditation and/or yoga session.

Relationship Sync

In this first session, you’ll explore relationships. Whether you’re in a partnership or single, the activities are designed to help you strip away areas holding you back in relationships, while offering ideas on how to cultivate greater self-love and healthier attitudes and beliefs around love.

Mid Morning Session

Astrology / Numerology Readings

Just as a builder draws upon a blueprint, or architectural drawing in order to build something great, we each have a soul blueprint which can help us find clarity on our life purpose. The sister sciences of astrology and numerology illuminate this for us. Understanding your makeup and the themes you’ve chosen to work on in this lifetime provide greater focus as well as self-acceptance.

Breathwork / Rebirthing

Having moved into a strongly achievement-oriented and intellectual culture, many of us have learned to lock down into rigid responses to our emotions. Either we feel overwhelmed by the heaviness of our feelings or we bottle them up and suppress them.
Breathwork is a healing modality that helps us reconnect with our bodies and release stored trauma and pain.

Mid Afternoon Session

Crafting Your Future

The final session involves goal setting and planning in order to realise your vision or help you progress with those areas of your life which have become stagnant, confused or out of alignment. Depending on what you feel you need, this session may involve some holistic counselling or energetic healing.
