• Find Your Passion

Only 1 in 5 people are passionate about their work. Similarly, 1 in 5 are very happy with their life. Join the minority of different drummers who have found their Ikagai... leave a restrained existence to discover the fullness that comes from following your unique rhythm.
  • Reason For Being

Martha Graham captured the dynamism of expressing your Ikagai saying, “There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”....Discover what makes you extraordinary and share it with the world.
  • Follow your beat

Oscar Wilde said that “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” Living wholeheartedly requires we find our centre of being, or Ikagai which is the overlap of one’s Passion, Profession, Mission & Vocation.

Our Next Workshop

All of the phases of life - from childhood through to elderhood - each offer areas of learning and development. Through understanding the archetypes that accompany them and writing about life events we faced during the phases we become well positioned to make sense of the bigger journey that is taking place. In doing so, we cultivate a sense of interconnection, gratitude for the present and anticipation of the future phases to be encountered.

What Will Be Gained

  • Foundational ideas and structure to write one’s life story
  • An understanding of archetypes and our psyches development
  • Experience in reframing events and how to connect the dots to form a bigger picture of your life
